This awesome woman is in her late 50’s. She lost almost 100 lbs with a gastric band. This procedure left her with a lot of loose skin and loss of breast volume. Due to the number of procedures she desired, the surgeries were staged. She has undergone abdominoplasty; liposuction to flanks, legs, and back; augmentation mastopexy with Natrelle Inspira SRF 520 cc silicone implants; extended medial thigh lift; and small volume fat transfer to the buttocks. She is 3 months post-op from her final procedure augmentation mastopexy in the after photos.
