This beautiful women is in her late 50’s. She had previously undergone breast augmentation by another surgeon and had a deflation of her right saline breast implant. I performed removal of bilateral 425cc saline implants and scar capsule. I replaced them with Natrelle Inspira SRF 485 silicone implants. Post-op photos are 4 months.
