67 year old female had dissatisfaction with her abdomen and trunk. The patient desired a staged approach due to travel plans. I first performed 360 degree trunk liposuction. I removed 4600cc of lipoaspirate. After healing for 6 months, she was eager to proceed with abdominoplasty to remove loose skin. She is shown 6 months after full abdominoplasty.
