One winner will receive 150 units of Botox® at no cost, given as three treatments of 50 units each. That’s about one treatment every four months for a full year.

Prize details:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older
• The winner receives a maximum of 50 units per session
• Treatments must be performed at Regionelle Med Spa with Tabbi
• The prize has no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged
• The winner is responsible for the cost of any additional units
• Treatment depends on a consultation and medical eligibility
• All required medical history, consent, and treatment protocols apply
