Patient 3

Patient is a forty-seven year old with cosmetic dissatisfaction of breast. She had ptosis and almost a tubular type breast. Patient had a previous abdominoplasty. A periareolary type mastopexy was begun and then converted into a lollipop mastopexy with tailor taking at the end. 350 CC Round, smooth, high-profile silicone implants were placed in the submuscular pocket.
