The patient is a thirty-nine year old who previously had undergone bilateral mastectomies for cancer including radiation. Patient had developed seroma’s and staph infection and had a JP Drain in place. Patient had multiple staged procedures including bilateral breast reconstruction with a latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap, bilateral tissue expanders, excision of excess tissue on the right lateral chest and advanced closure of around 30 square cm, and finally bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction; 750 cc round smooth silicon implants placed submuscularly with bilateral nipple reconstruction.
