The patient is a sixty-two year old white female who underwent right sided mastectomy for breast cancer, tissue expander reconstruction under latissimus flap. She had some wound healing problems originally. She has completed second stage for breast reconstruction. 450cc Round Smooth Silicone implants were placed in the submuscular pockets.
