This young woman is in her early 40’s. She has had a few children and desired to replace some of the volume lost in her breasts. She is very petite and wanted a very natural appearance. I placed Natrelle Inspira SRF 295 silicone breast implants in the submuscular plane. She is approximately 6 months post-op in the final pictures.
