The patient is a seventy-four-year-old female with cosmetic dissatisfaction redundancy of her upper eyelid skin, hollowing in the midface and facial aging. She had a prior face-lift years ago, but had some deep rhytides and laxity of the neck and jaw area. Procedures performed were Face/Neck Lift, Bilateral Upper lid Blepharoplasties, Fat Transfer to the midface, and Facial CO2 Laser resurfacing.
