Case-2197

The patient is a 46 year old female with six prior abdominal operations and two children. She had cosmetic dissatisfaction of abdomen and breast. The procedures performed were bilateral mastopexy with implants and abdominoplasty and liposuction of flanks. 300-330 cc Round, Smooth, Moderate Profile implants were placed in the submuscular pocket utilizing an inframammary fold incision line.
