Patient 2

This patient is in her 40s and had her breast implants for almost 10 years. She developed firmness of her implants and capsule known as capsular contracture and wanted to have her implants removed (explantation) and the breast lifted (mastopexy). She is seen here before surgery and 3 months after and feels great about her decision.
